I've tried emailing SMOK but they haven't answered after a week of waiting. I have two S-Priv's and the firmware on one is 1.0.6 and the other is 1.0.7. I can't find the firmware anywhere. Could someone please provide a link for the firmware and the Windows 10 program to flash it. A link to instructions on how to flash it would also be appreciated. TIA.

Most generally you'll find firmware updates here:
    http://www2.smoktech.com/support/upgrade/toolsandfirmware
However there isn't one for the S-Priv yet.
The reason you have two different versions of firmware is during manufacturing they created an update between the two you have.
    It happens rather often.

Here is a video that shows how to do the updates on most Smok mods:

Thank you. I had found the firmware link, just wondering if the lack of s-priv firmware means it's too new or too old.

I changed the coil (atomizer) on my S-Priv a few days ago and I don't recall getting the prompt for a new coil. It's reading 0.160 ohms but shouldn't it be in the 4 ohms range? I don't see anything is the settings to change it. I've tried putting a different tank on it, but still no prompt. Is there any way to force the "new coil" prompt?

While you have the tank off, did you hit the fire button?
Sometimes that helps reset the resistance reader.
Then put the new tank on (at room temp)
