    Colorado's regs are mostly unenforceable.
No state or govt. agency is overseeing any standards or testing, nor has a cent been legislated to oversee the industry.

The regs made sure the state controlled the business licensing.
    $$$$$.

    Thats not correct.
Oregon has no state agency or department that tests meds.

They have no system or guidelines in place for "testing" and no state funds legislated to run one.

Same in every single state that allows this.

There is no mold police or inspector.
    No quality standards in place
The extension dept doesnt touch it.

    Remember its still federally illegal.

You are wrong about that but keep spreading it as much as Fozzy spreads his misinformation.
The department that does the lab inspections, facility inspections and dispensary inspections is the OLCC.

For someone dealing with physical pain. 100-250mg will do the trick for somebody with no tolerance. As they gain a little tolerance you will want to keep it around 250-500mg a day. It is possible to vape but is preferable to be eaten cooked into something. Add some lecithin to help bind the helpful chemicals to body fat so it can work. Good luck

Coconut oil works well for cooking, as well as real butter :)
Eating it works way better than vaping, lasts longer too.

MUCH longer than vaping or smoking in all forms.
I am still trying to justify the cost of a transdermal patch of CBD.
Commercial medibles are hit or miss with CBD often times more miss that even a base hit.

With butter you need to go the extra step to make sure the water and milk solids are gone. My next venture into edibles I am getting some ghee and giving that a go.

    Be very wary.

Every patch Ive seen has minimal dosage of cbd, but lots of menthol and lidocaine.

Oils like cbd/thc need a very strong carrier to even pass the skin.
Carriers that strong tend to irritate the dermis before they can transfer a useful dose.

The effects are from the lidocane and the menthol, with just enough cbd isolate to justify the label.

    Yeah "technically" it still is.

However "technically speaking" only the cbd derrived from plants are schedule 1 contraband.

    Synthetic cbd isolate isn't.

That said, it's beyond stupid to deny drivers CBD.
There is no high or buzz or impairment of any kind.

This dumbassery always happens when the people making laws dont have a fuckin clue what they are talking about.

    Do not risk it.

Tehnically it shouldn't show, as it should contain no THC but that would mean you have to trust the vendor...
With zero actual regulations or standardization practices, and sketchy sources for raw material and isolate, I would say its a gamble at best.

If you take Ibuprofren it can fuck up your test for a false positive.
Then they either can retest the sample or due a specific gravity test to weed it out.

It's still not worth risking your career over especially if you have a family that depends on you maintaining a CDL.
